Watton Employment Services Inc. offers a wide variety of free services to employers, job-seekers and to the community. We have established firm roots in the community as an employment planning and counselling service, offering excellent quality of service and ultimately, resolution of employment-related issues. Watton Employment Services Inc. is funded by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD) to provide the Canada-Ontario Job Grant program; the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services to provide Ontario Disability Employment Supports programming; the County of Northumberland to provide the Work Integration & Needs Determination for Ontario Works (WINDOW) program; the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board to provide Work Experience Services; and offer a full suite of Employment Ontario employment services under which Watton Employment Services Inc. is managed by Muskoka-Kawarthas Employment Services and funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario.
